2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access and use our Site and purchase any cannabis-infused products, in compliance with South African law.

By using this Site, you confirm that you are of legal age to consume cannabis products in your jurisdiction.

3. Products and Services

All product prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. Prices may change without notice.

Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. We accept payments through various methods, including credit cards, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), and other options listed at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days once payment is confirmed.

We deliver to your address of your choice within South Africa only. Shipping fees are charged at a flat rate as per third party charges.

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including courier issues, natural disasters, or public holidays.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are only accepted for products that arrive damaged or are significantly different from their descriptions.

To initiate a return, you must contact us at info@sodaze.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.


Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our products for any illegal activities and to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You may not resell our products without our express written consent.

You agree not to misuse our Site, including but not limited to engaging in hacking, spreading viruses, or attempting unauthorized access to our systems.
